Reiki and Sekhem can bring balance and harmony to your being, on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritually.
Crystal Therapy can restore balance to the energy centers for improved vitality.
Divine Space Colour Therapy oils and sprays can provide continued support during treatments. I also love to do a 1-colour bottle reading with you before a treatment to see what space you are in, allowing the higher self to communicate through colour.

I had a Reiki session at The Wholistic Approach Beauty Café and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived the space felt so peaceful and welcoming. During the session I just felt calm, grounded and completely safe. I walked out feeling lighter, clearer, and like my whole body could finally relax. The practitioner was so gentle and caring. Thank you for such a beautiful, healing experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Going to Chantal is such a treat living in the fast pace life we living in today . It allows you to focus and to take stock of life . And allows you to feel like you can face the world again .very relaxing you sleep like a baby afterwards such a blessing.
