I’m Bradley Sturch, Founder of Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), a Johannesburg-based health, wellbeing and human-performance consultancy.

My training includes Anatomy & Physiology, Iridology and Reflexology through the School of Natural Health Sciences (London).

I combine this training with practical experience across business, operations, manufacturing, customer service and people-focused environments. Through IHS, I work with individuals and organisations across private wellness, workplace health, organisational wellbeing and events.

My approach is proactive, practical and centred on helping people understand and improve their health and wellbeing. IHS does not diagnose medical conditions.
